Two Assassin Builds Dagger/Bow
I made these two builds for PvE and someone has probably made them before.
A/X
Critical Strikes 11+1
Dagger Mastery 12+1
Deadly Arts rest
Shadow Arts 6+1
Not sure where to put the mask yet, either Critical Strikes or Dagger Mastery.
Mark of Instability
Unsuspecting Strike
Black Lotus Strike
Twisting Fangs
Moebius Strike (E)
Critical Defenses
Return
Shadow Refuge
Zealous daggers would be nice for this build I think.
Next one~
A/R
Marksmanship 12
Wilderness Survival 8
Critical Strikes 10+1+1
Punishing Shot (E) or Broad Head Arrow (E)
Concussion Shot
Distracting Shot
Savage Shot
Read the Wind
Troll Unguent
Sharpen Daggers
<empty> maybe Needling Shot?
Not sure what to put into the last spot since I don't have a lot of experience with rangers, but I do love to interrupt and it's a good way to get myself through the missions if parties want anything but melee assassins.
I think Punishing shot would work better since it doesn't require so much energy but I dunno for sure. I would like some help in filling the last spot.
Was thinking a zealous bow for this, not too sure of the type. Might want shrouded armour for this too
Comments and Suggestions are welcome.

You might as well just go R/A for your second build if you're using so many Ranger skills.

Take out a few points in Wilderness and pump up Critical Strikes a bit more. Fyi, a Barrage Assasin/Ranger with high Critical Strikes can easily out-do the damage over a ranger with 16 in marksmanship.
If all you are aimed at is interrupting, then yes stick with Ranger...

Batou is absolutely correct. I've been playing with a Barrage Crit Sin lately, and the damage potential is insanely high. Best part is, you don't need many skills with a standard barrage build, so you can take along a few extra interrupt skills to round it out a bit. Slap on Critical Eye and you've got a party!

Cant go R/A on the second build because it is meant to get an assassin through the missions. Last I checked people weren't letting melee assassins into groups still, if you can even get into a group as a ranged assassin I dunno but it would probably happen before people let a melee assassin in.
I do plan on getting Barrage when I get my assassin someplace he can cap it.
